Position Title: Commercial Roofing –Foreman

Weathercraft Co. of Colorado Springs, Inc. is a Commercial Roofing Contractor established in Colorado in 1982 and enjoys a reputation for quality workmanship. The company has successfully completed projects throughout the State of Colorado, although the majority are within El Paso County. Work includes projects on local military bases, schools, municipal buildings, hospitals, and commercial properties.

We are seeking to fill multiple positions. We are always looking for workers with a good work ethic, great motivation, and the desire to provide a quality finished product.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of hand-on commercial roofing experience. Specifically commercial low sloped roofing.

· Ability to manage and motivate crews of 7 to 10, maintain a safe work site, and communicate with management.

· Skilled at the installation of asphalt BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and hot applied waterproofing per industry standards and project documents.

· Ability to communicate (written & verbally) with customers and project team.

· Colorado Driver License with good driving record.

· Ability to access Military Installations.

· Ability to read and write in English. Bilingual is a plus.
