Shift: M-F -8am - 5 pm, 40 hours per week
On call every 4-5 weekends
Service area- One position for Loveland area-May occasionally covers North Denver. The second position needed to cover the Colorado Springs area.
32 hours guaranteed
Must have home health, OASIS (HCHB preferred), IV/infusion, trach, wound care including wound vac experience
