Position Description:


We are seeking Systems Administrators at various levels of experience to maintain and support the integrity of our system networks by providing technical support and configuration management. Our solutions, span the cloud to the tactical edge, for military and intelligence communities and beyond. If you're a skilled systems administrator passionate about national security, join our mission-driven team. This position will support 24/7 customer operations and requires shift work.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:



  • Requires active DOD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

  • This position requires shift work at a customer location.

  • Demonstrates a proficiency understanding of Linux and Windows systems administration.

  • Experience in active directory.

  • Foundational networking knowledge.

  • Automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt, docker, Packer or kubernetes.

  • Familiar with help desk service systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based concepts and the AWS component stack.

  • Experience using cloud identity and access management tools.

  • Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.

  • Familiar with troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem-solving and investigation.

  • Developing professional and technical expertise.

  • Able to resolve routine issues and problems.

  • Ability to communicate scope and state of work, including articulating roadblocks.

  • Proactive and thoughtful in seeking clarification and asking questions.

  • Finds the right balance between persevering on a problem and asking for help.

  • Displays a strong sense of ownership for projects.

  • Willing to support 24/7 operations and shift work.

  • CompTIA Security+ certification.

Systems Administrator



  • Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $78,000 - $92,500. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

  • Required Education:1+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.


Staff Systems Administrator



  • Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $93,000 - $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

  • Required Education: 8+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree


Principal Systems Administrator



  • Salary Range:In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000 - $170,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

  • Required Education:12+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.


Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.


Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
