DescriptionIn this role, you will introduce your peers to Stouffer’s Supreme Shells & Cheese, driving brand awareness and trial for this new item launch. Stouffer’s recently expanded beyond frozen to launch their first ever shelf stable mac & cheese. We want to reach college students with this delicious and easy to make stovetop meal and make it the mac & cheese of choice on campus!
Your main tasks are to: (1) Distribute unopened, uncooked meals on-campus; (2) Create and share engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts.
We're selecting multiple Brand Ambassadors at each university. If you know friends who would be interested, share this job and encourage them to apply – you might get to work together!
Timeline: This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester/quarter.

ResponsibilitiesOver the course of the Spring semester/quarter, you will complete the following tasks:
- Distribute 86 uncooked, unopened Stouffer’s meals on-campus. Ambassadors must distribute unopened, uncooked meals. The goal is to hand out the meals in an experiential way. Think of handing out the meals within the student organizations you’re a part of. All meals will be sampled for free.
- 5 TikTok posts - the best content may get promoted, giving you wider visibility and a chance to build your social media following.
- 2 Instagram Reels - repost of your best performing TikTok post
- 5 Instagram stories
- Top performing Ambassadors will be invited to participate in 1 Lunch & Learn video group call - this is an exclusive networking opportunity with members of the Stouffer’s marketing team
In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:
- Pre-program virtual training & planning
- Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
- Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
- Adhere to task due dates/milestones that will be shared during program training
Qualifications- Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote Stouffer’s in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester/quarter.
- Should not be participating in another Ambassador program related to mac & cheese products
- This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
- Must have access to a stove to be able to cook the Stouffer’s Supreme shelf stable mac & cheese
- Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love Stouffer’s!
- A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required. For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates. For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
- Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS:
EvolveZ works with brands like Stouffer's to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the Stouffer's team maintains general oversight.
