What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Build and drive the AMER regional partner strategy
Lead a team of Partner Success Managers
Recruit, train, and enable partners to drive new business and support retention
Collaborate with various teams to close large enterprise deals
Develop and maintain a sales strategy and business plans to achieve revenue targets
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel management or related partner / new business sales experience in SaaS, ASP, eBusiness, or CRM software
Proven sales track record in exceeding assigned targets
Strong communication skills to drive deals forward
Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment
Experience in both startup and established businesses is a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience in channel management within the technology sector
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Background in digital marketing or consultancy services
Familiarity with experience analytics platforms
Knowledge of sales enablement tools and strategies
