The Pogue Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a seasoned Financial Representative to be our next Managing Partner. In this role you would spearhead the development and leadership of a team of financial representatives across the state of Colorado. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification or Life Insurance License) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!

Jacob Plowman:
Role: Regional Recruiter, with a focus on talent acquisition.
Background: Originally from California, moved to Colorado after college. Enthusiastic about skiing, hiking, backpacking, and the outdoors.
Time with MWA: Contributed for 1.5 years.
About: Passionate about connecting with individuals and fostering talent within the organization.
Ely Lambert:
Role: Financial Representative and Business Mentor.
Background: Originally from Illinois, served as a pastor before joining MWA. Moved to the Midwest as a Managing Partner before relocating with RD Jim Ed to build the business.
Tenure: Brings 11 years of experience to the table.
Passion: Dedicated to helping people achieve financial security and success.
Coleen Faris:
Location: Resides in Pueblo, Colorado.
Character: Known for her remarkable kindness and support, especially towards new representatives.
Values: Advocates strongly for the Fraternal concept and community engagement.
Interests: Enjoys gardening, spending quality time with family, and actively volunteers in the Pueblo community and at her church.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Life Insurance License and/or SIE Certification (one or both required)
Series 26 (or 24) License (preferred)

Training and Development:
New Managing Partners receive comprehensive training through Modern Woodmen University and have opportunities for both in-person and Zoom leadership training sessions. Following foundational training, the local team is committed to providing extensive field and office support to new Managing Partners.
