IES Residential is currently seeking a Journeyman Licensed Electrician for the position of Field Supervisor in Colorado springs, CO for Residential Projects.

Responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
- Roughing and trimming single family homes
- Managing crews and schedules
- Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes and other electrical components.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirement
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Required Residential Wireman’s license
- Ability to complete jobs safely, and to the IES Residential standard
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- 2-4 years of residential electrical experience
- Valid OSHA Certification
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Clean driving record and current driver’s license
- 70K to 85K base pay. Eligible for bonus pay.
