We are looking to expand our team and train new managers from an entry level position over the next 90-120 days. This is 100% work from home and we are looking for coachable and competitive people looking to fast track into leadership roles over the next 3-6 months.
Responsibilities Include:
-Answering incoming customer inquiries
-Booking appointments w/ clients to go over their coverage options
-Collaborate w/ management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
-Engage w/ clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
-Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
