W-2 position between $125,000 - $175,000 dependent on experience

What we're looking for in a PMHNP:
An individual with 2-5 years of experience and a history of being credentialed with insurance companies (preferred but not required). New graduates are encouraged to apply, as we are open to considering a candidate who is the right fit
A motivated self-starter who is open to patients of different mindsets and/or abilities, and who is compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient-centered care
Open-minded to incorporating Integrative Psychiatry treatment

Ability to handle the challenges of a fast-paced private practice

Overview of Position:
The overall responsibility of the PMHNP will include assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, medication management, and evaluations. While providing compassionate care, you'll ensure an effective treatment plan and ongoing care to improve our patient's mental health symptoms.
Essential Job Functions:
o Gather, update, and maintain patient information and health history
o Analyze and evaluate patient symptoms to diagnose nature and condition of mental health concerns
Prescriptions:
o Provide and perform medication management and psychotherapy
Support & Educate:
o Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment, and possible side effects
Compliance:
o Ensure all HIPAA compliance guidelines, company policies, OSHA and CDC regulations for infection control are followed
Performs other duties as necessary
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills; must be computer literate
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with outside providers, vendors (pharmacies, drug reps, referring agencies), and other agencies as necessary
Possess interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals of all backgrounds, experience, and educational levels
Strong time management, customer service, and self-regulation skills
Work collaboratively with a high level of professional ethic
Educational and Experience Requirements:
PMHNP-BC preferred
Active Colorado APRN, RXN unencumbered
Active DEA federal licensure with controlled Rx abilities
Professional liability insurance
Prefer knowledge of/or interest in Integrative Psychiatry
