Program Manager (Direct Hire)

Location: On-site (No remote work available)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000


Job Store Professional is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a well-established client. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a knack for leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, prioritizing technical accuracy, and ensuring that projects align with organizational goals.


Position Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing program development to ensure the successful execution of complex projects from initiation through completion. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving programs with tight schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at guiding cross-functional teams, handling both financial and technical elements of programs, and ensuring clear communication with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Program Oversight: Develop and manage detailed program plans covering schedule, budget, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, aligning activities with established procedures and industry-standard best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional team meetings to assess program status, address risks, and plan tasks and future actions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication with customers, key internal stakeholders, and program sponsors.
  • Decision-Making: Act as the final authority on all program decisions, guiding team performance towards success.
  • Bid and Proposal Support: Participate in bid and proposal activities, preparing quotes for new and follow-on programs as requested by customers.


Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, task management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and effective communication
