Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces, testing
- Maintain chemical balance in pools by testing water and adding necessary chemicals.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding pool care.
- Document service visits accurately, noting any repairs made or issues identified.
- Stay informed about new products and techniques in pool maintenance to enhance service quality.
- Aquatic Paradise Pools and Spa is a company that delivers Quality service for businesses and consumers. We are looking to add an energetic team member to our Colorado Springs, CO location to assist in the daily operations of our swimming pool business.
This position includes but is not limited to weekly pool cleanings, repair of equipment and renovation of pools. Service is done at multiple locations in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas and work days can run long in spring, summer and fall with a reduced work load in winter.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Professionalism, reliability, punctuality, dependability and good attendance (required)
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
- Resume with past experience
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.18 - $21.42 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
