Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPride Health is hiring a Physician (Gynecology and Oncology) to support our client’s medical facility based in Colorado Springs, CO. This permanent opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Practice Overview: Join a high-volume practice at Memorial Hospital in downtown Colorado Springs with a large and loyal referral base from 11 primary care and 4 OB/GYN clinics.
- Team and Support: Work alongside a dedicated GynOnc Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, Pathologists, and a physician-led group with 650+ physicians and 500+ APPs. Additional support from 1 APP (NP), nurses, and a Mas Contract Physician.
- Patient Care and Call: Primarily outpatient care for adult patients (15-22 per day), with shared 1:2 call (weekends only, rarely called in as Hospitalists admit patients). Time per patient at provider's discretion.
- Hospital and Technology: Practice at a Level I trauma center (368 beds) with access to the da Vinci XI surgical system, clinical trials, research, and onsite infusion center. EMR: EPIC.
- Professional Development: Opportunities to participate in research, access the University of Colorado School of Medicine Tumor Board, and teach medical students (optional).
Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology (0-5 years of residency), active Colorado license (or willingness to obtain), and fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology (to be completed before start).
- Visa Support: J1 or H1B visa holders are eligible.
- Preferred: Clean malpractice history.
- Additional Criteria: Fellowship-trained, COVID vaccination, and adherence to agency submission guidelines (candidates must not have applied directly to the position).

Pay Range: $427,000-$474,000/annually
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
