Colorado Springs, Colorado , PM&R Job - Inpatient Rehab Facility

Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or eligible physiatrist
- Ability to work part-time
- Inpatient rehab facility
- Four physicians in the market
- Shared call of 1:4
- See 18-20 patients per day at the inpatient facility
- Group has a compliance program

- Physicians are typically employed as W2
- If you do part-time, you'd be a 1099 directly through the hiring entity

- Full-time providers make a guaranteed $180,000 per year
- Once you meet the company's bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings
- On average, their full-time physicians make between $230,000-$425,000 (with production bonus and salary)
