We are currently partnered with one of the Front Ranges oldest and fasting growing commercial HVAC companies. Having been in business for over 56 years, our client focuses on collaboration with their customers to provide solutions to their heating, ventilation and air conditioning needs.


As an outside sales representative, you will have the ability to prospect for new business, identify customers' needs, and help drive overall sales. Our client is focused on their associates, dedication to their customers, and the ability to continue to grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years Business-to-Business Outside Sales experience selling service contracts or agreements.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work closely within departments


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Master all facets of the maintenance sales process to become productive and self-sufficient
  • Demonstrate sales ability, financial and business knowledge and operations knowledge to drive new business
  • Qualify prospects, set effective appointments, follow up on leads and referrals, and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
  • Identify customer needs to influence the customer to buy and generate interest
  • Develop an understanding of the prospect’s decision-making process, address customer concerns, and commit prospect to decision-making timetable
  • Proactively research the prospect’s organization and influence the customer to buy through a thorough analysis of the client's organizational needs
  • Make cold calls and learn how to effectively contact the decision-maker
  • Manage quotes to close sales and maintain an active backlog of quotes
  • Understand vertical market strategies and market forces
  • Communicate professionally and effectively in verbal and written formats
