THE JOB

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding the companys client base by selling maintenance and service agreements for HVAC equipment within the local Colorado Springs area. This is a high-impact, front-line position requiring you to prospect, cold call, and engage directly with potential customers.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record in service-oriented sales (e.g., service agreements, maintenance contracts).
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on generating new business.
  • Ability to navigate a long sales cycle (2-6 months).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
