JARCCO Construction LLC is a small Road, Street and Heavy-Civil Construction Company out of Colorado Springs, founded in 2021. JARCCO is growing due to its high professionalism, work ethics, and integrity. We are looking for people with the same vision and values, and that have pride in their work. JARCCO is looking for an Office Manager with extensive experience in Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Manage, implement, and improve office operations, filing system, policies, standards, and procedures.


· Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.


· Keep the office organized, clean, and safe.


· Lead the way in using a variety of office equipment and software.


· Maintain payroll to include maintenance of employee records, processing timecards, paychecks, etc.


· Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.


· Coaching, counseling, disciplining, and monitoring employees.


· Overseeing the work of all employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.


· Plan, implement and monitor employee records, labor law posters, employee manuals, and other documents in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.


· Manage and coordinate employee benefits; medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, bonuses, etc.


· Assists in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating costs.


· Establish and maintain a system of financial recordkeeping to include recording payments, writing receipts, preparing, and making bank deposits.


· Establish and maintain a system of accounts payable, to include invoicing, purchase orders, check register, etc., as necessary.


· Monitor and collect accounts receivable.


· Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expenses reports, etc., as required.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


· Leadership skills.


· Management skills.


· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


· Strong organizational and planning skills.


· Human Resources experience.


· Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting programs.


· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular.


EDUCATION:


· MUST have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or related field.


EXPERIENCE:


· 5 years of experience holding an Office Manager position for a Construction Company.
