Job Description
The Lead Project Superintendent - Colorado Springs is in charge of assisting with or planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget. They also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community.

* Run/manage project from start to finish
* Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
* Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
* Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
* Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

*The Successful Lead Project Superintendent - Colorado Springs*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Construction-related course from a vocational or technical program
* 7+ years' experience with construction of large commercial and industrial buildings.
* Construction management capabilities, with experience working with multiple trades in union and non-union environments.
* Familiarity of the design/build process and ability to coordinate people and activities related to construction according to plan and design intent.
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Must be willing to travel.
* Excellent organization skills.
* Must possess a valid Driver's License.
* Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B).
