*Description*
*Key Responsibilities*
* Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
* Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
* Maintain quality and safety standards
* Mentor and manage team members
* Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
* Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
* Develop site utilization and logistic plans
* Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
*Profile*
The Successful Construction Superintendent:
* Completed 3+ Multifamily projects as a lead superintendent
* 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
* Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
* Ability to travel for mountain projects
