Supports a complex technology infrastructure consisting of a network of desktops, platforms, servers,routers, hubs, and telecommunication equipment. The DST infrastructure links mission critical applications with Departments and Offices that rely on their operation to conduct their daily business with citizens, businesses, State, County ,and other local government organizations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Manages PMO business analyst practice and assigned staff; provides guidance, mentorship, and training. Conducts performance evaluations and motivates staff to reach peak productivity and performance; participates in the hiring and disciplinary process.
Oversees team development, changes, objectives, and plans to achieve key results/impact.
Works with customers to understand and document business problems, needs, values, and benefits to support the PMO in the project intake process.
Writes technical and end user software and system documentation.
Writes requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly,unambiguously, and concisely.
