Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a and experienced Immigration Paralegal to become a part of The Abogado Ernesto Team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' needs in the area of immigration

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Meet with clients to assist with filling out USCIS applications
• Handle USCIS applications from start to finish
• Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Record and store client information
• Provide translation services for clients from English to Spanish

​Qualifications:

• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish required
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Knowledge on USCIS forms such as I-130, I-485, I-765 etc.
• Knowledge with legal drafting or legal writing.

This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office on a daily basis.

Compensation based on experience.
