Compensation - Hourly or Flat Rate Scale – Based on Experience

Job summary:

• Perform standard service calls and/or installation for existing and new customers, including but not limited to:
• General tune up, emergency diagnostic
• Installation.
• Daily completion of paperwork. Work orders, payment tracking, job/hours tracking, inventory

Duties:

• Tests and repair systems by:
• operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, refrigerants, parts, and components.
• installation of replacement and add on systems
• Maintains rapport with customers
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, equipment records, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Minimum requirements:

• General Technical knowledge of HVAC operation
• Mechanical 4 - (Classes and Training Available)
• EPA Universal
• Clean DMV
• No felony record
• Pass random drug screenings
• Good phone conversation etiquette
• Highly organized & Neat
