Insight Global is looking for a GCCS Network Engineer in support of a federal client in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior network administration or engineering experience, along with experience running tests to ensure the functionality of these systems.
Must Have:
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Security+ certification at a minimum.
- 3+ years of testing experience
- Experience with communications lines, networking, CDSs, and GCCS
Day to Day:
- Support planned and unplanned exercise/test events, during normal and non-duty hours.
- Coordinate test events with engineers and Government customer representatives.
- Ensure all exercise/test system are available and configured to support the event and returned to an operational state afterwards.
- Develop test plans and procedures for all test events as well as a post-event report.
- Develop and complete Test information Sheets for verification of test events.
- Record and analyze exercise/test data during the test event.
- Responsible for testing systems to verify performance during maintenance and modernization updates.
- Maintain a schedule for testing activities.
- Develop and coordinate over-the-air test events as required.
