Responsibilities
We are hiring a Cyber Patching Administrator in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
What you'll do:
Responsible for maintenance and operation of patching services utilizing multiple platforms and tools. Ensure that patch activities for servers and workstations are compliant for enterprise systems. Design, support, maintenance, and distribution of patching packages tailored for maximum successful implementation and minimization of issues across affected systems. Responsible for the support of integration, installation, testing, evaluation, documentation and verification activities of end-to-end patching systems and applications through their entire life cycle. Execution and refinement of installation processes and development of step by step procedures both for patching team use and which can be passed on to customers. Support of testing procedures and documentation in support of and in preparation for distribution across global enterprise production environment. Develop standards, practices, and test procedures to verify system requirements and verification of operability. Verify system documentation against the actual execution of procedures and reports inconsistencies back to department lead for corrections. Participation in design reviews to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation. Create and execute procedures to verify and validate enhancement and defect fixes to the system. Follows and refines testing practices, policies, and procedures to best optimize the overall system verification process. Security process continual improvement collaboration, documentation, review, and management Review of system vulnerability and STIG reports for compliance management Security process tracking, documentation, and periodic recurring report management Risk Management Framework required documentation support eMASS package support to include Plan of Action and Milestones management Other security department and leadership project support
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- CompTIA Security+
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IT experience 4+ years
- Experience with task coordination and management
Desired experience:
- Preferred but not required: BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or solid IA background
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
