As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and maintaining their account records.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Schedule appointments according to client needs, ensuring a smooth and convenient process.
• Manage customer payments, inputting data accurately into our system and maintaining up-to-date transaction records.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each day, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Generate and distribute new account information to customers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Regularly deposit at the bank in accordance with the company's financial policies and guidelines.
• Handle data-centric tasks with a focus on accuracy and organization, including heavy use of Excel.
• Greet and engage customers professionally, ensuring a positive representation of our venture.
• Familiarity with various Computer Programs
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Proven experience in Assisting Customers
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Experience in Collecting Payments
• Excellent Customer Service skills
