Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to become a part of our team! Manage a team of clinicians, oversee patient care plans, and work with physicians to ensure appropriate and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Planning:

  The manager plays a key role in developing, updating, and implementing patient care plans, working closely with physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Communication:

  They act as a central point of communication between patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

• Compliance:

  The manager is responsible for ensuring that the agency and its staff adhere to all relevant regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards.

• Quality Improvement:

  They participate in quality improvement initiatives and work to identify and address areas for improvement in patient care and service delivery.

• Case Management:

  The manager may also be involved in case management activities, helping to ensure that patients have access to the resources and support they need.

• Operational Management:

  The manager may be involved in planning, organizing, and directing clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective service deliver

• Clinical Oversight:

  The manager is responsible for the quality and delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to company policies, physician orders, and regulatory guidelines.

• Team Management:

  This includes hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Experience in a managerial role
