Position Summary:

Prime IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Operations Corporate Trainer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a leader in the IV hydration and wellness industry, we are committed to providing exceptional training and support to our franchisees and medical professionals across the nation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on IV hydration, vitamin knowledge, consultation techniques, and operational best practices. You will be responsible for conducting classroom-style training sessions, hands-on skills demonstrations, and creating engaging training materials.


Position Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery

· Design and Lead Training Programs – Develop and deliver immersive training sessions covering IV hydration procedures, compounding, vitamin therapy, customer consultations, upselling nutrients, and the importance of memberships for franchise partners.

· Classroom and Hands-On Training – Conduct classroom-style lectures and practical hands-on training at the corporate office and the Briargate spa for new franchisees, medical professionals, and spa staff.

· Training Materials Creation – Develop and update presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources to ensure all training materials reflect the company's standards and medical best practices.

· Curriculum Enhancement – Collaborate with the Training Manager and cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine the training curriculum, ensuring a high-quality academy experience for Franchise Partners.

Operational Support and On-Site Training

· Franchise Support – Provide ongoing operational and medical guidance to franchisees through on-site visits, virtual training, soft openings, and follow-up sessions. Answer clinical questions and support their teams throughout the process.

· Soft Openings and On-Site Training – Travel extensively to franchise locations across the country to train teams during soft openings and ensure operational readiness.

· Regulatory and Clinical Expertise – Stay updated on state-specific regulations and ensure protocols are aligned with the latest standards and industry best practices. Assist in keeping protocols current and accurate.

· Pharmacy Coordination – Work with pharmaceutical reps and 503b pharmacies to assist franchisees in obtaining vitamins and necessary supplies.

Spa Operations and Coverage

· Corporate Spa Assistance – Support corporate-owned spa locations at least one day per week, or as needed, to address staffing challenges. This may include weekend coverage. If scheduled to work on a Saturday, a day off during the week will be provided, determined by your supervisor based on scheduling needs.

Research, Inventory, and Administration

· Research and Compliance – Conduct research as delegated by your supervisor and ensure protocols remain up to date with the latest clinical and regulatory information.

· Inventory Management – Order and manage supplies for the training academy to ensure seamless operations.

· Subject Matter Expertise – Maintain expertise in relevant topics including 797 compounding, vitamin indications/contraindications, and client consultations.

· Meetings and Presentations – Attend and actively participate in virtual meetings, presenting as needed.


Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads.


Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Requirements

· Active Professional License – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Paramedic, or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, valid license.

· IV Therapy Expertise – Extensive experience in IV starts, administering IV hydration therapy, and vitamin infusions – or a strong willingness to learn and master vitamin therapy.

· Training and Facilitation Skills – Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging, interactive training programs for adult learners.

· Exceptional Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Organizational Strength – Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.

· Flexibility and Travel – Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.

· Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable using virtual training platforms.

· Passion for Wellness – A genuine passion for the IV hydration and wellness industry, with a customer-focused mindset.

· Team Collaboration – Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support Prime IV Hydration & Wellness and its Franchise Partners.

· Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding of 797 compounding guidelines and OSHA regulations.

Base salary for this position begins at $75,000 annually. This position pays based on licensure and experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical Demands: In fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, the employee is expected to engage in frequent verbal communication and auditory interaction. Regular tasks involve prolonged periods of sitting and standing using hands and fingers for computer-based work and typical office machinery operation. Employee needs the ability to lift 15+ lbs and have a clean driving record. Close vision capabilities are essential for this position. Occasional travel, up to 50% of the time, may be required.
