Key Responsibilities:
Lead land development projects, including grading, drainage, site layout, utilities, and erosion control plans.Provide technical expertise during client meetings and multi-disciplinary design sessions.Review and mentor the work of team members to ensure quality and accuracy.Prepare detailed reports, specifications, designs, and permits for land development projects.Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and deliverables.Conduct occasional job site visits for construction observation and ensure compliance with design plans.Perform other duties as assigned, tailored to the needs of the land development projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.5 years of engineering experience in land development.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and utility modeling.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, especially in land development projects.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
