Compensation and benefits:

Salary: $68,000 - $95,000/year + signing bonus
Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)

Location:

This role will support our Southern Colorado Springs/Fountain clinics

Requirements:

Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA® Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional clinical programming
Provide high-quality supervision to your RBT team
Conduct program reviews and maintain documentation
Facilitate parent training and meetings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Support RBT skill development
