Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Automotive Technician Mechanic to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles. We specialize in Subaru performance, dyno tuning, and engine building. We are involved with just about every make and model when it comes to performance enhancements (suspension, exhaust, intake, turbo, fuel, drivetrain, efi conversions, muscle cars, jdm imports, minor fabrication, composite work, and research and development). Each technician has the opportunity to grow and work on vehicles from general maintenance to full race cars. This is NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. You are expected to have the highest of quality control, be a team player, and have a high level of communication and problem solving skills. We are not a school unless you want to be considered as an intern. If you are unfamiliar with COBB Tuning or aftermarket accessories, this will be a hard learning curve.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Subaru knowledge is a plus
- Car enthusiasts are a plus
- Training is expected to be a minimum
