We're looking for an experienced
Associate Software Engineer
to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.
About the role:
As an
Associate Software Engineer
, you are an integral member of our engineering teams, focusing on building foundational software skills while contributing to various components of our infrastructure. While you are in the early stages of your professional journey, you will work closely with senior members to understand the ins and outs of our software, ensuring that your growth trajectory is on the right path.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python
Experience or knowledge in the following areas: agile software development, agile methodologies, agile project management, software project management, defensive cyber operations, software development life cycle management, program/project management, and cross-functional teams
Must possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe for Teams certification
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development, or STEM-related specialty
Ability to obtain Security+ certification within first 90 days of employment with Raft
Highly preferred:
Exposure to SQL or database concepts
Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range
:
$70,000 - $110,000
The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
