PCM (Assistant Clinical Manager)

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) for our Colorado Springs, CO office. Your primary responsibility will be to own the metrics that allow patients to heal with TMS treatment and take back their life.
Direct support from organizational leadership will help you cultivate the skills to successfully manage a practice independently. Serenity's proven clinical model, leading to 130% growth year over year, will be shared with you as you are trained and mentored to quickly advance your career. We are in growth mode and continuing to expand our team to meet the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
- Understand and connect patients with Serenity’s treatment options
- Provide support for 1 to 3 providers
- Train and educate new provider assistants
- Daily coordination with Practice Manager to ensure that clinic runs smoothly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Strong customer service mindset
- Past experience in a customer facing, metric driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals

In accordance with Colorado's EqualPay for Equal Work Act this position has a salary of 60,000 annually.
