We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, assisting in various accounting operations. The role includes handling customer accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records in a paperless environment.


Responsibilities:


• Ensuring precise data entry of accounts payable invoices using Sync software

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks tied to accounting operations when necessary

• Assisting in the digitization and organization of files, keeping records current and orderly

• Collaborating with other team members in the accounting department and the Minnesota office

• Checking and managing spreadsheets for data accuracy

• Overseeing the operations without any direct customer interaction

• Processing customer applications with precision and efficiency

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate measures as required

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Proven precision in work with minimal errors and ability to spot discrepancies efficiently
  • Flexibility: Willingness to assist in various tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic Excel Proficiency: Familiarity with essential functions in Excel, such as data entry, sorting, filtering, and creating simple formulas
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable with using Sync software and other digital tools in a paperless environment
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude: Proactive and energetic approach to challenges and responsibilities
