Job Summary:• We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Accountant to join our team.• This role is fully on-site and highly interactive, requiring daily access to the factory to participate in meetings, present performance data, and support the management team.
Key Responsibilities:• Support the manager with data analysis and performance reporting.• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide recommendations.• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.• Help with the reporting for fixed assets.• Prepare adjusting journal entries, ensuring alignment with reporting procedures and accuracy.• Conduct reconciliation, data entry, and cost analysis.
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.• Strong understanding of cost analysis, reconciliation, and journal entries.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.• Must be comfortable working in an environment with forklifts (no vehicle operation required).• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toe boots is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:• Manufacturing or industrial experience.
