Job Store Staffing is hiring Assembly/Production Team Members for one of our clients located in East Central Colorado Springs.
The Assembly shifts we are currently hiring for include:
3rd shift - Monday-Friday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am or 10:30 pm to 9:00 am
Overtime and Saturdays if needed during peak season

Weekly Pay
Any hours worked 50+ in a week pays double time
GREAT Benefits offered once permanent
The ideal candidate has a great attendance track record, is detailed, a true team player, and has the availability to work overtime, including Saturdays during their peak season.
Pay: $16.75 / hour
Essential Job Functions Include:
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions blueprint specifications, and parts lists
Gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
Test finished products for defects
Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Attention to detail for product assembly.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Reporting skills for equipment and safety issues.
Adherence to company policies and commitment to improvement.
