Licensure/Certification: RN, BSN Minimum Clinical Experience: 2-3 years of endocrinology experience.Specialized managing newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes patients.Proficiency in providing comprehensive diabetes education, including management strategies and patient/family instruction.Other: Required Job Qualifications: Experience with Type 1 Diabetic pediatric patients Required Certifications: None Preferred Qualifications: Experience with insulin pumps. CDCES certified. Comments: Patient Population (Diagnoses): Type I primarily; new onset and ongoing maintenanceAge Range: 0-18Special Equipment: (For example: IV Pumps: Type; Invasive Monitoring; Monitors: Type; ECMO;Medfusion & Sygma- IV pumps RN s conduct pump training will require training session from pump co.
