Server - Colorado Springs
Server duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent hospitality
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and safety
- Anticipating guest perceptions and needs
- Providing a full cycle guest service
- Engaging in suggestive selling of company merchandise, food and drinks
- Knowing and communicating RoadHouse information including specials, ticket sales and menu items
- Accurately handling cash, credit card and gift card transactions
- Pre-bussing and assisting with cleaning of theaters
- Assisting with running of drinks, food and concession items
- Conducting side-work as assigned
- Engaging in positive teamwork
Must have the following qualifications:
- Must obtain eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
