As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project delivery.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in commercial management, project execution, and team leadership to play a key role in our operations.
*Description*
*Key Responsibilities for a Construction Project Manager:*
* Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to final handover.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
* Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site construction teams.
* Oversee procurement and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
* Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
* Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
* Ensure quality control and resolve any discrepancies on site.
*Profile*
*Minimum Qualifications for Construction Project Manager are:*
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role within the construction industry.
* 4 year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management practices.
* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
* PMP or equivalent certification (preferred, but not required).
