Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of estimating / project management experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial roof assemblies and OSHA construction safety standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

The company has successfully completed projects throughout the State of Colorado, although the majority are within El Paso County. Work includes projects on local military bases, schools, municipal buildings, hospitals, and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and develop project plans.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roof assemblies and materials.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and general safety regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CAD is a plus.
