*What We’re Looking For:*

* *5 years of experience* in asphalt paving in a supervisory role.
* *Expertise in Heavy Highway, Concrete, and Asphalt Construction.*
* *DOT and government project experience* is required.
* Ability to *mentor and lead* two less-experienced Project Managers.
* Strong leadership skills to *manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors* professionally.
* A commitment to *quality control and safety* enforcement on-site.
* A proactive, organized self-starter with *problem-solving abilities.*
