Job Details

Top skills/Qualifications:

Heavy civil, self-perform construction - roadway, site work, underground, erosion control
Experience with Water Control, River Restoration, Dewatering Drainageway Restoration/Repair a plus
Schedule Management, Budgeting, RFI's, Submittals, Financial Reporting

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinating a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all phases of project development and execution.
Preparing, reviewing, and updating project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring that all project activities align with these plans.
Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through to final construction, ensuring that all works are carried out according to design specifications.
Assisting with resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project, and ensuring that any changes to the project are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties.
Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, specifically within the heavy civil, construction sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction related software and other relevant computer applications.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
