Job Details

Top skills/Qualifications:
  • Heavy civil, self-perform construction - roadway, site work, underground, erosion control
  • Experience with Water Control, River Restoration, Dewatering Drainageway Restoration/Repair a plus
  • Schedule Management, Budgeting, RFI's, Submittals, Financial Reporting

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all phases of project development and execution.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring that all project activities align with these plans.
  • Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through to final construction, ensuring that all works are carried out according to design specifications.
  • Assisting with resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project, and ensuring that any changes to the project are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, specifically within the heavy civil, construction sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction related software and other relevant computer applications.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
