Requirements:
- Board Certified Neurological Surgery
- Active CO license - Required for January dates
- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission) - June dates only
- Candidate must be available for the Jan stint to be considered for ongoing dates.
- Must state # of shifts per month to offer ongoing
- Completion of Neurosurgical residency
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
- Clean Malpractice/background
