The Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented team-player to help support our ambitious growth efforts as a Part-Time Marketing Lead. The right candidate is resourceful, able to work both independently and collaboratively with our team, has “test and learn” in their DNA, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Role Responsibilities
Optimize and execute campaigns in existing channels (email and text) to increase leads
Identify, test & prove new customer acquisition channels to drive growth (including social, webinars, blog and other platforms)
Design and manage digital brand assets to support our B2SMB sales team
Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
Find and evaluate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
Track and analyze marketing KPIs in company CRM (Hubspot)
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in similar marketing roles
Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM), Slack and Google Suite
Proven track record of scaling successful marketing campaigns focused on B2SMB customer acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our preference is someone located in the Denver / Boulder area, but we are open to remote hire if excellent fit
Opportunity to grow into full-time role on the corporate team
