Machine Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the highest quality of products.

• Follow detailed process sheets to ensure accurate production.
• Perform tool changes as required to maintain efficient operations.
• Make variable adjustments to machinery to optimize performance.
• Perform offsets while adhering to FDA-approved programs.
• Manage and ensure the quality of the product throughout the production process.
• Utilize gauging tools such as calipers, drop gauges, micrometers, and capacitors to measure and verify product specifications.

• 1-3 years of experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using gauging tools including calipers, drop gauges, micrometers, and capacitors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and process sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

• 2nd shift: 1:45pm-12:15am Friday-Monday
• $24 - $27.50 /hour

This is a fully onsite position in Monument, Colorado.
