Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction to direct care staff.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Dialysis Unit.
- Coordinate resources for optimal patient care.
- Facilitate communication with healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Full-time, direct employment status.
- Registered Nurse in Nebraska.
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical-Surgical nursing.
- Additional 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
