Job Description
Seeking a Commercial Concrete Project Manager (Self Perform) who will effectively manage and execute construction projects in Colorado Springs and Denver, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety and financial success.

Our client is a well-established entity in the construction services industry. They are a mid size local organization with a strong presence across the lower Front Range, known for their high-quality construction services.
*Description*
* Oversee all stages of project life cycle
* Manage financial aspects of contracts
* Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
* Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
* Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

A successful Commercial Concrete Project Manager (Self Perform) should have:
* Proven experience in concrete project management within construction industry
* Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
* Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
* Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Aptitude in math and problem-solving
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
