Job Description

*Civil Engineer, PE – Land Development*
Are you a driven Civil Engineer with a passion for land development? We’re looking for a *licensed PE* to join our growing team and lead a variety of impactful civil-site projects. If you’re ready to take ownership of your work, collaborate across disciplines, and make a real difference in communities, we’d love to hear from you.
*What You’ll Do:*

* Lead land development projects from concept to completion

*
Design grading, drainage, utilities, site layout, and erosion control plans

*
Provide expert input during client and team design sessions

*
Mentor junior team members and review technical work

*
Prepare detailed plans, reports, specifications, and permit applications

*
Attend client meetings and occasional site visits for construction observation

*What You Bring:*

* Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (from an accredited university)

*
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

*
5 years of experience in land development engineering

*
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and utility modeling

*
Strong communication and collaboration skills

*
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
